“Our mission at College in the Workplace is to provide quality education in a flexible and convenient format for adult learners balancing family, work and school.”

Who We Are:

• College in the Workplace is a campus-free distance learning program at Mott Community College


• College in the Workplace is a nationwide home study program designed for today’s adult learner who is also working full time.


• Classes are offered through a non-traditional video, online, or multimedia format.


• The College in the Workplace program is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, operating on 15-week semesters (Fall, Winter, Spring/Summer).


• Course content offered through College in the Workplace’s distance learning format is the same as in the traditional classroom. Contact with the instructor is done via email or telephone.

CWP doesn’t just offer courses. Students can earn an associate degree or certificate entirely through distance learning.
